Telkom -- Worst service

The worst customer service I have ever experienced . I upgraded my contract after receiving a message saying I was due for an upgrade . The store advised that I was eligible for an upgrade and was not advised of any additional charges at the time . only to be debited almost 3 x my install .I went to the branch contacted the call center on one could explain why I was over charged.After weeks of up and down on my expense they gave me a nonsense story of I was charged for early upgrade .They then suspended my account after taking my money , they continue to debit but my account is suspended . Absolutely no one can assist I have POP , yet I am not receiving threathing messages of handover .
