telkom worst service

i am so disappointed by telkom I had my account cancelled in jan after my contract ended in 2018 .i was on a month to month and they stopped sending me data .so in Jan i cancel the contract .i was however still being billed on my account .i now had to pay 430 for having the debit order reversed .i have had the worst service by telkom and will never want to use them again they are useless and the after sales is pathetic.no one ever helps you .i.had to pay 430 for something I no longer have and do not receive data on
