Telkom worst service

Once again Telkom service isn't working. For perhaps the 4th time this year my voiceline isn't working. Worst part, I have tried to log a fault online 5 times and get an error SMS! My voice line isn't working and I refuse to call the call centre and hold for an hour from my cell. And they are unresponsive on Twitter. Worst ever!
