Telkom worst service!!!

If I could rate it 0 i would have. I cancelled my account in 2017 via telephone wich they advised me to cancel my account via email. So i did and the never responded. After numerous phone calls and hours trying to get hold of the customer services they informed me that i can only cancel my account via email. So i mailed them and never had a response except for a invoice every month claiming that I owe them money. Now a year later they gave me over to dept review people claiming i necglected to pay the money and never answered my phone. Worst network ever, now because of a lack of communication from telkoms side i am now in dept and owing them money for never responding to any of my mails or calls. Thanx telkom you truely are a great help getting someone in trouble.
