TELKOM WORST SERVICE

I have had endless issues with Telkom: I recently app**** for Telkom ADSL, they cancelled it without my concent and then billed me R1135.42 when I never had internet for the past month. I logged to queries to have my issues resolved, spoke to two "managers" I'm still waiting. One said she'll call me back it's more than 10 days later and I've never received a call back. I spoke to another "manager" and she gave me a 14 day TAT over and above that. As I type this, she put me on hold, I've been on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes, she is unprofessional and keeps speaking over me. Honestly the WORST SERVICE.
