TELKOM, WORST POSSIBLE *********** COMPANY EVER

On 6 feb 2017, my 8ta contract expired. I filled in the cancelation form, and faxed it to "Telkom" (Also had confirmation telephonically on the 6 feb 17, refer to recorded conversation) The 28 Februarly 2017 my last debit order went through and "Telkom" cancelled my services. Now every single month it's a battle with attorneys to try and clarify this problem. I send through the papers and they refer it back to "Telkom". then next month it is the same pathetic story all over again, WHEN ARE THESE PEOPLE GOING TO WAKE UP AND DO THEIR JOB PROPBERLY, OTHERWISE GET SOMEBODY WHO WILL BE ABLE TO DO IT.
