TELKOM WORST PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH

Telkom in Phoenix plaza is the worst company to deal with. I went in last month to pay my bill and was told they offline. I went in twice again and they remain offline. when I requested the area managers details I was given an incorrect telephone number. because I receive my bill electronically I had no way of paying my account and my services were terminated and was charged R396. I never in the 15 years ever paid my account late. when I went in again this month a notice was put up to pay your account at Pep stores or checkers as Telkom no longer accepts payments. Pep stores and checker was offline and cannot process the accounts. the ladies complained that Telkom is sending all the clients over to them. Telkom just passes the buck and the three gentlemen that sit in store just place with their toys phones and don't care about your concerns. what is the purpose for Telkom to be open as even if you have a query the ask you to use the phone and call the call centre. what bad attitude and service<br> <br>
