TELKOM #WORST (no service) EVER
I have been phoning day in and day out trying to get some sort of answer regarding my online PRE ORDER of the Samsung S9+. It was placed on the 26th of Feb and to this day I don not have the handset or any solid answer with regards to the status of the order. They debited my bank account on the 5th of March and I was told after a successful debit between 5-7 business days I will have delivery. On the 14h of March I phoned to follow up. The first time I was told that there is no order at all. I phoned directly after only to be told they have no stock. The 20th I made 4 calls and each time I received a different response- from your order will be processed and a sms with delivery details will arrive shortly to there was a problem with the adress hence no delivery yet and the best one: Operator (I was told his name is Thabo) : your order was cancelled mam Me: How? Why? T: I don't know!!Me: Please transfer me to a manager. T: Please hold....... (after 7min and 49sec) The manager said send a email to complains and they will investigate to and re-order! Me: How long will that take? I have been struggling since the 14th to get feedback even after call back requests. T: Apologies for the inconvenience and that was the end of the conversation. Every day I phoned multiple times to keep track and I go through the same process of a ref nr then no order can be traced then I get told it was escilated and they will phone me same day etc. The FB team replies every 3 days with the same answer" Hi, Apologies for the delay and inconvenience. Do note, we have urged the Sales team to further assist with your query. Feedback will follow shortly. ^TD or whoever respons to the messages. Even after the order was "cancelled" and I asked when they will credit my account seeing that I don't have an order outstanding etc I was told between 24-48 hours - so unless my calculations are wrong since 19 March 2018 to date it has been more than 48hours. I am REALLY out of patience now.
