Telkom! Worst Network Provider Ever!

I took out a new contract and was told I don't have a bill for March and that my debit will go off in April - during a family holiday my line is suspended and I'm told its due to a non payment in March. My debit went off on 20th April and I called for support to reactivate my lines - today is the 4th of may and my lines is still suspended and whenever you call the useless consultants just adds more time to the turn around time.
