TELKOM WORST NETWORK IN THE WORLD..*******

My contract which took me a full year to cancel ended in June i have since then returned the handset a few months ago and was due a refund for the months i paid for no coverage and after 8 months of waiting for this refund was told that no refund was due I was told to return the handset to the telkom store which i did more than 2 months ago and was told that we were done with telkom since then they have continuously tried to take R1550 from my account and when i call in they say they sorry it was an error wont happen again as we dont owe them anything yesterday i got a call from debt collectors from telkom saying we owe them R1550 threatening to blacklist us as we did not pay we have returned the handset why are we still being billed for it i have been emailing telkom escalations dept head office the store no one responds it has been this way for months already motlatsi monene sits at her desk and never responds i know this as i have had to get in touch with a contact who had to tell her to reply and she said no!!! NEVER EVER TAKE A TELKOm CONTRACT THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR CREDIT RECORD WHEN THEY ARE AT FAULT spoke to manager melissa Hamburg from JHB yesterday never called back
