Telkom worst network ever

If I could give Telkom less than 1 star I would do so. There service is pathetic and the internet is worse. We have been struggling form March with Telkom and still nothing. I also tried canceling the service but expect this will take more than 10 years at this rate. All the customer service people say is There is nothing I can do. I am going to cancel this contract as soon as I get the chance.
