telkom worst network ever

Absolutely ridiculous , trying to get hold of their customer care however that does work at all 180 if you call the number has a bunch of options and none at all to speak to an agent. The network constantly goes offline leaving me most of the time with no network coverage than now they advertise for 3 months netflix which turns out to be a **** it does not work you don't get it free and now the best part of all they are not like other network providers who allow you to speak to consultants they have no way of speaking to consultants at all. customer care line leaves you no options at all to get the help you need. I want to cancel my stupid contract with them.
