Telkom worst network

Telkom mobile is the worst service ever. I have been with them for years now... That clearly means they don't value customers, recently their data just magically dissapers like air, I'm not on social media just watsapp and emails but in 15 mins 3gigs gone just like that. I have lodged complaints at their store n they said technical department will call I'm still waiting, I lodged the 1st complaint months ago, second and third one and called the call centre still no call. I'm gatvol n just want to advise people not to take up their contracts as cheap as they seem to be you will regret it later cause I'm starting to think this is how they make money.
