Telkom worst network and *******

Telkom has been over charging me for 6 months , Bill is more than double of what it should be. I made contact with call centre they refuse to help.I had requested a limit on my contract which they did not set.I then told them I will pay it, however they would need to take it the end of january, they refused and now threatening with suspension, agents put me on hold for a hour and tgen drops the call.managers do not have a clue what they are talking about.

Worst network ever, stay away!!!!!
