Telkom worst network

I just cant seem to get my line unlocked This is the worst and most frustrating network in the world Help desk is pathetic Customer service is pathetic Management is pathetic How can your line be blocked when you don't owe the network money and not 1 single human being can help me at telkom to unlock it Yet they keep sending you the new monthly bill yo pay for services you never use for 4 months Please do not sign up with telkom Never To cancel a line is a headache I just got a liat of problems with them They deserve to gi down the pipeline just like SAA
