Telkom worst network

I pay R899 a month for LTE wifi for a 10mb line that is always running at 2mb when I do speed tests, we never have signal and when we call we receive attitude over the phone like we are being done a favor, after a month of pleading a technician came out and did absolutely nothing he just did a speed test and that was that we haven't bothered since and are wasting our money every month paying our bill. Literally the worst network ever! I would never recommend it to anyone. By far our biggest regret
