Telkom-Worst, Most Pathetic service provider

Telkom, you are definitely the most useless and frustrating service provider Ive ever encountered. I have been trying to cancel an "expired" LTE contract with you through numerous avenues. I visited 2 of your branches, only to be told that I need to cancel this online. I try and request the cancellation online- to no avail. I call your call centre (after hanging on for 30 mins& transferred multiple times) and get told that I will be billed for August- I havent even damn used the thing. Further more Ive attempted to cancel this contract countless times, so why should I pay for something Ive not used and have been trying to cancel.

Take damn ownership of your poor & pathetic service and correct this damn account. Do Not bill me for August!!!

Lastly, I laughed whilst listening to your IVR..." If you need help with your bill, speak to other Telkom clients by visiting www.community.co.za"... Really!!! You want clients to assist clients....then what are we paying you for.

Your service is absolutely laughable and pathetic to say the least.
