Telkom worst Mobile service ever!!!!!

I have a contract with Telkom, and for some reason they did not debit my account this month which was suppose to have been debited on the 3rd of April. On the 4th I got a message to say my services have been interrupted and I need to call the call centre. Firstly you can't even get through to the call centre. They called me back in the afternoon and told me to make an eft transfer which I did that very moment. Today i get another message saying my account has been suspended, I have been trying to call the call centre since early in the morning and i can't get through. Telkom has the worst service ever!!!!! I would not recommend it to anyone, now I'm stuck with a phone and I can't make calls or use data as it has been suspended.
