I have phoned the call center several times to cancel my contract as it is ending now. Then I was informed to go to a branch so as per the request I have done just that.

But unfortunately a very arrogant lady whom I had the misfortune to deal with told me “ call center is stupid i must do it on call center “ and walked away !!!!

I have several contracts with Telkom and after this I will be sure to cancel all of them.

Your store manager Simon in clear water should spend less time playing on his phone and more time helping customers then Telkom might sales
