Telkom, worst mistake of my life

een battling for two weeks to get my services activated that you cut off for no reason, you (TELKOM) are a bunch of ***** and ******* for making people pay for a service they don't get......spoke to numerous people sent email after email with bank statements and proof of payments, then my services get cut off, is this how you deal with complaint, if it is then you shouldn't be in business......
