Telkom worst Internet service provider

I cancelled my line on the website no where did it state you can’t cancel a business line online and that they need more documentation.mailed through all the documentation as requested. I received a cancellation message just to receive more bills. After numerous emails, phone calls still I receive bills. Why do I need to pay for a service that I cancelled. I received messages that it’s been handed over to lawyers send all the proof through to the laywers as well BUT STILL EXACTLY THE SAME keep on getting the bill.

I had the exact same thing with one of my previous lines one of the consultants said pay the bill and it will be cancelled and then I just received more bills.
