TELKOM WORST INTERNET PROVIDER

Telkom provides the worst service of all the internet providers! We relocated to Port Elizabeth. We have been struggling for 2 months to get our internet back up connected and running! In the meanwhile we are paying our monthly fee of R 890 for nothing! Eventually someone came to assist, now they confirm there is no point of connection and they are not willing to provide a connection point. We have now decided to cancel our contract , we went to a Telkom themselves because phoning does not help. Telkom's answer is they will send a mail to someone who might assist with the cancellation, but with a penalty. This is ridiculous! Telkom's two options is either have expenses to dig a line ourselves and try a make a connection by our self or cancel contract with a major fee!
