Telkom - worst internet provider

I am very dissatisfied with the service I am receiving from this company. I have had no internet for about a month now. On a previous occasion before this fault I also had no internet for a few weeks. I can think of many times in fact that I have had no internet. The account is payable timely but I get absolutely no service and I am paying for something I can't even use. In this day and age internet/wifi is almost considered a basic human right and I am being depraved from that right. Please Telkom get your act together and fix your infrastructure to prevent any other inconveniences.
