TELKOM WORST INTERNET COMPANY IN SOUTH AFRICA

Don't go to telkom. They are useless. Order the 10mbps with TV box and WiFi extender in beginning of Feb. Only got the rooter end of March. They say the WiFi extender will take 7 days still waiting 10 April 19. The TV box they don't have in stock and they don't know when they will have. Both those 2 thing I manage to deal with. But the big problem I have is with useless Telkom is they send us a username and password got the technician to come install everything then he says the user name and password not on the server. OK I called telkom they send a nother one got the guy back boom!!!! Same problem. Phoned telkom again they send a user name again and BOOM! same problem. Phone telkom today 10 April 19 a agent tried to help us we tried to reset the dsl at home not working the agent say we must take the dsl to a telkom store to get it checked out. 1. That isn't my problem why must I take it to a telkom store you guys brought it to my house you can take it there. 2. Where we stay there ain't a telkom store close to us I think I'll have to Drive 140km or 250 km to get to a telkom store whos going to pay for that I'm sure telkom. I must say don't go to telkom pay a bit more by vodacom. Mtn or mweb Telkom is busy farming backwards. Nother thing is when you call them you hold in for about 20min. Not everyone has a telkom land-line and telkom cellphone are just **** they don't have signal you struggle more than anything else. So when you call from vodacom you pay a lot of money for airtime and the problem still doesn't get sorted out. MY OPINION TELKOM STOP WITH INTERNET SERVISE JUST KEEP TO LANDLINE YOU GOOD IN THAT LEAVE THE INTERNET FOR THE BIGBOYS THAT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING AND HOW MUCH STOCK TO HAVE IN HAND.
