Telkom worst in the world

I am a customer of Neotel which is closing at the end of June. I need to have my landline number ported and Telkom was the obvious choice. I logged an order on the 24th of April 2019. I have been following up on numerous occasions and everytime the *********** agent tells me that nothing has been done regarding my porting.

I have never in my life experienced such bad customer service. Every time I phone I get another story.

It took me 1 email to another company and everything is sorted.

Why does one have to battle with such a big company?

They are utterly useless,
