Telkom, worst Firbe ISP Ever, Be careful

I have had it with Telkom, our fibre line was somehow cut on our wall, resulting in us having no fibre-I have called Telkom every day since Tuesday to sort it out, every person tells me the same thing, " I don't know what to do, I am emailing my supervisor, they will call you back- but noon e has called back..... it seems like no one can help me get this issue resolved- I just need a new vuma line, this is totally disgusting service from Telkom...
