TELKOM worst fiber network ever l.

Laying in hospital because of BP Telkom has caused me.im 61 year old widow.my kids connected our household to Telkom fiber.when taking the contract I clearly stated that I collect grant and can they can only debit after the 5th.now I'm apparently owing R2700 for failed transactions when I clearly told them when to debit my account.so they now have switched off the fiber even though I've paid the R600 for monthly charges.i am fedup.even talking about it makes my heart race.Telkom is the worst network ever and they need to be sued.i am a pensioner.where will I get that R2000 to pay
