telkom worst experience ever

Telkom what the hell ........ you are destroying my credit score. I have made a payment end of July but my balance remain the same then the account went to collections without anyone calling me. I've also cancelled this service on the 8 June please correct this immediately and stop debiting on the wrong dates idiots....
