Telkom worst ever they avoid canceling my month to month

Had a contract for 2 years never missed a payment, was now running month to month and send a cancellation in Jan and got a reference. Now they still want to debit me and have reversed, and they now blocked my number saying I owe they. Visited the branch in greenstone shameful they cannot help they say i must phone the call center we did from there and I was on the phone for almost 2 hours and no answer. I tried calling and WhatsApp nothing still and now getting calls from VVM collectors saying I owe Telkom.
