Telkom - WORST EVER SERVICE PROVIDER

Telkom is the worst service provider ever!! I have cancelled my account with telkom in September 2019 (After completing 2 year contract) . To date (April 2020) they are still debiting my account. I have sent numerous emails and sms's to the contact details provided , however they still keep on debiting my account. Their call centre is not answering and keep me on hold for 20 min.
