telkom worst ever service provider.

Good day , i am extremely disappointed in telkom Service. i have reported a fault to them on the 20/10/2019 , 9 days ago and to date still waiting for a tech to come and sort out the Problem , i have phoned 6 times in the 9 days and everytime i get told they are sending someone . I have told them numerous times that this is being used for Business , to make Money to pay bills and yet 9 days later still not resolved . i will not pay telkom for 9 days and wont pay them for the rest of the days im certain im gioing to still wait . this is not the deal telkom i pay you to provide a Service not for nothing and plus this is not the first time that i have waited over a week for telkom to come out and fix a Problem , i would like to know what telkom can do and if there is anyway i can get out of my contract with them cause telkom is not coming to the Party on their end and this is unacceptable . you are effecting peoples livelihoods by not giving a dam about your custmers and only about getting your Money at the end of the month , and to make this worse i have never skipped a payment and my account is actualy in credit .

so why should i suffer and my child suffer cause i have lost out on 9 days so far on not making any Money to Support him and my wife , cause telkom is to lazy to actualy care about their customers .

i want out of my contract with you , you did not hold your end of the deal.
