Telkom worst ever

Telkom is by far the worst when it comes to service. I called in and app**** online 3 weeks ago to have a landline installed and nothing. I got an automated message saying someone will get back to me and still nothing yet.....3 weeks later.....does anyone know of another company that I can get a landline from because clearly Telkom hsd to much work......I will never refer anyone ever again.
