TELKOM WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER

IF there was a minus 10 I would have given Telkom a -10 MY SERVICE HAS BEEN OFF FOR 4 DAYS. IN A TIME WHERE WE ACTUALLY NEED IT! They have a faulty customer care number. Tragicly there is a one number that actually answers and believe it or not they refer you to a Watsapp chatline via SMS. I CANNOT.EVEN RECIEVE AN SMS WITHOUT NETWORK CONNECTION. I CANNOT PHONE, I CANNOT DRIVE SAFELY, I CANNOT WORK, I CANNOT RECIEVE AN OTP FOR ONINE BANKING. It is a total mess! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. There is just no way to recieve support. Emails doesnt get answered. Shops are closed. I havr probably left 20 messages via fb. NON ANSWERED. i have spammed their FB page asking for support. NoTHING. I will never refer anyone to telkom. IF SOMEWHERE OUT THERE YOU HAVE SOMEONE WORKING PLEASE JUST ASSIST US!!!!!!!!!! *** #Rediculoud. JUST GET A PROPER CALL CENTRE!!!!!!
