Telkom worst customer service ever!

After 60 days of phone call after phone call email after email and to many escalations to mention here we are still without our business telephone lines.

we started the ball rolling +- 60days ago to have our land lines moved and purchase a new PBX system from telkom, my thinking was if i am purchasing something from Telkom they would be quicker to move the lines etc. this was not the case Telkom seem to have zero interest in not on servicing current customers but also in making money from new equipment sales.

We are now without phones for 60 days and we are seeing this in our turnover for the last month.

Without a doubt the worst service i have ever received from a company ever.
