Telkom - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Telkom's customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Their chat team is disgusting. I asked for an email address to write a complaint and I was given a **** email address. They also dropped the line mid-conversation and did not help me in any way, shape or form. I think they need to seriously look into their staff and processes to try and help their customers instead of agitate them. <br> My main concern was that someone named Jacques Boettger, using an @telkom email address, is collecting people's personal information. That's *****, but clearly their customer service team doesn't care at all and their processes for getting some kind of customer service is in a shambles.<br> <br>
