TELKOM WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE PROVIDERS EVER !!!!

I have been having problems with Telkom since day one with my land line being stole according to the with general outages in our area the list caries on but we have reach a point where it's impossible to get any Decent CUSTOMER SERVICE out of the.

i spoke to a lday by the name Noxolo Ngubane just now 04/07/19 12:58 regarding a fault Ref that was logged on the 25/06/19 13:50 by a gentleman named Mhlonishwa in the sales department Ref ***,i still haven't heard anything from them till today when i desided to phone them YET AGAIN!!!! and this lady told me that she can't transfer me through to her superviser or the gentleman i spoke to regarding my rooter being faulty!!! i had to buy a new rooter at my own cost because the TELKOM shop in east gate told me that my rooter is faulty and i need to buy a new rooter which i did but my TELKOMrooter is still under warranty but now i don't know what to do because TELKOM just refuses to get back to me regarding the issue because they need to either fix my rooter or give me a new rooter this is unacceptable and unfair towards us as the costumers we pay our account but then we need to be stuck with this,they don't have any Customer service!!!!!
