Telkom: worst customer service

I am appalled at Telkom order department, i have been trying to order a fibre connection since 21/01/2021 for gated community. I have had to apply thrice already, each time was told i have no order. My last order i was told that the technical guy tried to call me on a number hell knows were they got it as it is not the number i used for my application. I was given an apology and told that i will get a call by end of business and 3 days no call from Telkom. So frustrating as they are the only service provider for our complex, one is made to fell like a beggar as if the service is for free. One can only imagine what kind of service they provide to existing clients if new( potential) customers are taken from pillar to post.
