Telkom worst customer service

Telkom customer services is the worst customer service in the world, I have been complaining about being billed even when I do not have any active contract with Telkom. I have been given countless reference numbers and have been promised to be called back from early last year, even now am still waiting for their call. For the whole of last year I have been billed for what I don't have, if you think of dealing with Telkom please don't because you will regret it.
