Telkom Worst Customer Service

I sent this email to an email address that allegedly belongs to a Telkom Customer Service manager because they were to busy to take the escalation

"Greetings,

I hope this email finds you in good health!

I just called in to your call center and spoke to one of the representatives by the name of Njabulo. I have to say that I dread calling Telkom because it almost feels like the reprentatives don't actually know what they're doing, but I never had to escalate any of them because they still respected me as a Telkom customer and just overall had phone etiquette.

Njabulo on the other hand was quite different, he just made my experience very unpleasant. It's cool that you know your job and could actually do it to the full effect, that's nice. I simply called in to update my banking details for the following month as the current account will be closed and I don't want anything bouncing. He went on to educate me about something already know
