Telkom worst company to ever deal with

Telkom is the worst network ever. My landline has not been working steadily for over 2 weeks now. Log many faults but till today the issue is not sorted out. My line shows no service- emergency calls only-Insert sim card. Then it comes on for a few minutes shows Telkom SA and then back to the above issue. Left many complaints but the issue is not resolved. PLEASE NOTE THAT I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR SERVICES THATS NOT RENDERED>
