Telkom: Worst company on the Planet!

I wish I could allocate a zero rating.

After applying for Fibre almost a month ago, I still sit with no service. Calling the call centre is a waste of time and I have to wait for at least 20 to 30 minutes before anyone answers!

I did that this past monday (30th July), and I was told that my appointment is set for 1st August. I took off from work to ensure that I didn't lose this appointment,....and no one from Telkom arrives to do the installation. How can this be acceptable to the people that operate this company.

If you can't offer the service, step aside and let other companies get the job done! I am probably wasting my time even raising this complaint, as Telkom does not respond with action to even show they care.
