Telkom "WORST company in the world"

<p>all i want is the uncapped LTE that they offer, but they wont sell it to me.</p> <p>i had to buy the 50gig capped package, and its wasnt even halfway through this month and i have supposedly reached my limit. what bull, as its main function is to send and receive emails. we check our facebook at night and maybe 2 or 3 youtube videos that are less than half an hour in the whole month, thats it and you say i used up 50 Gigs. i know what 50 gigs is and i know we havent even reached 20 gigs. this problem is with every person i know with capped telkom LTE. you are holding this country back from business and rippng them off in the process! i would hate to be customer service with all the complaints. i feel sorry for those people cos they have to take the abuse while the people in position do diddly squat. </p> <p>give me my data that i paid for!!!!</p>
