Telkom: Worst company in South Africa

Telkom is by far one of the most unprofessional and inefficient companies in South Africa. They took months to install my fibre (months after it was available in the neighborhood) and then suspended my account due their own gross inaccuracy of capturing information. To make matters worse, they are not even able to keep my bank updated on legitimate account numbers for EFT. Their call centre operators are arrogant and voice their disdain for legitimate complaints. Telkom MUST FALL and will hopefully soon. My advice: DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!!
