Telkom worst company ever

I had the worst experience with telkom because of their poor service...firstly on my application they ask for a deposit and for a full month never send anybody out to assist after that they say the area has cable teft...fine and well then i request my money back then they phone me to offer me another product, and tells me I don't qualify and I request my deposit back again telling me again there problems because they already billed me for Internet that I never used because there was never a line installed...telkom is such an ********* company that I ever dealt with. They send people from pillar to post just to frastrate u so u forget about ure money. Worst company ever Telkom must fall.
