TELKOM - WORST COMPANY EVER

we wanted internet @ our home , went to work with it through web africa and the were very helpfull just telkom had to put in a land line @ our home. this was in FEB!!! they keep sending smses a technician has been dispatched we took several day from work to be @ home for the technician. after a month i called they said the technician was @ our home but we didnt open for him. after a few months , again a technician was @ our home but he could not install because the municipality was busy on a pole on the other side of town. i received a call from a lady monday from telkom , she would have called me back on tuesday and never heard anything again from telkom. we just receive smses a technician has been dispatched or a date has been scheduled. BUT NO TELKOM. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE FEB , ALL WE WANTED WAS A LAND LINE FROM TELKOM!!!! WORST COMPANY EVER! IM GOING TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND WILL NEVER USE TELKOM AGAIN. <br> <br> HOPE THERE IS A WAY FOR THEM TO KNOW HOW USELESS THEY ARE!!!<br> <br> BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE AND I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED!!! VERY!!!
