telkom worst company

This problem has been on-going since April. Two previous complaints on Hellopeter and nothing has been done !! The contract was cancelled before it started yet I am receiving invoices in August. telkom shows as an added account on 2 credit bureaus with an installment amount due !!!! I have been sending emails to Sipho Maseko with no responses. telkom your system does not work, nor do your people work as you do not seem capable of closing this issue. Sort this out as you are affecting my credit rating !!!! Mariamo Pillay has taken my call this morning and promised to provide feedback by the end of day. I wait patiently...
