Telkom worst company

The worst company. I signed a contract with Wes. He signed it and disappeared. Everything he promised was such a lie. He does not respond and just passed the bug. I logged numerous calls. To phone the call centre takes forever. I still have not been refunded and received my LIT box 3 months later which now they have charged me again for. No one responds and when I had to go and get my Sim card which was part of the package she never RICA d it and I have to go back. Horrible experience and they just keep on taking my money
