Telkom worst client service

Struggeling to upgrade my line speed from 4mbps to a 10mpbs. Telkom telling me to phone different departments as they can't help. They can't even put me through so you have to phone again and wait for an operator. Adding the incorrect service to my account that I did not ask for. Three weeks later now have a 1mpbs and not getting anywhere with them.
