Telkom worst business decision you'll ever make !!!!!!!

I have 5 branches running on Telkom phone lines and ADSL. My Telkom lines were down from the 8th Dec 17 to the 4th of Jan 2018. Further to this my ADSL has been down at 3 of the 5 branches and when you contact them nothing gets resolved. All response is that they will sort it out in 72 hours ????? How do you run a business that relies on internet and phone lines if last-mentioned is always off or dose not work IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS OWNER DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE TO PARTNER UP WITH TELKOM SA - YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR AS LONG AS YOU ARE WITH THEM !!!!!!!!!
