Telkom: WORST at communication

I app**** online for a device, nobody got back to me. I called the call centre, and they couldn't help me either. I went into the store, they helped me. All I had to do was come back the next day to get the device. I went in as requested...and then waited 90 MINUTES! For nothing! Absolutely shocking how terrible the service is!!! A telecommunications company that doesn't respond to e-mails, a **** online shopping platform and a call centre where nobody knows anything. For a telecommunications company this is SHOCKING! DO NOT!!! They clearly don't want business or deserve it!
